By using CompliHub, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform.

2. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration details.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree not to:

  • Upload false or misleading data
  • Interfere with system security
  • Access data belonging to other users
  • Reverse engineer or copy platform components

CompliHub may monitor usage for security and compliance purposes.

4. Data Ownership & Responsibility

  • You retain ownership of all data uploaded.
  • You are responsible for ensuring data accuracy and legality.
  • CompliHub provides tools to assist compliance but does not guarantee compliance outcomes.

5. System Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upgrades, or external factors may affect access.

6. Subscription & Billing

  • Access is subscription-based.
  • Fees are billed monthly or annually.
  • Prices are in AUD and may change with notice.
  • Non-payment may result in suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and content within CompliHub are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute platform materials without permission.

8. Third-Party Integrations

CompliHub may integrate with external systems such as telematics, EWDs, or maintenance platforms. We are not responsible for:

  • Data accuracy from third-party sources
  • Downtime caused by external systems
  • Changes to third-party APIs

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss
  • We are not liable for compliance breaches resulting from user-entered data
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months

10. No Legal Advice

CompliHub assists compliance workflows but does not provide legal advice. Consult a qualified professional for legal interpretation of NHVR or CoR requirements.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • You misuse the platform
  • Payments are not made

Upon termination, access to the platform may be restricted.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
